Connected Access & Opportunity

Our Mission

To deliver a pipeline of Hungry/Humble, Well Rounded, Educated, Career Ready and Socially Conscious Dynamic Future Leaders to the Communities they Live and Serve.

These future leaders will be fully prepared, and trained with the connections, tools, experiences, and mind set necessary to succeed in extremely competitive challenges in their chosen passion, business, or life.

What we want to do

To be the leading voice & connector of mission driven youth leadership developers to help facilitate scaling of ideas and impact throughout the nation.

Building an Ecosystem

Build an ecosystem of existing diversity and inclusion organizations designed to truly serve the community through a variety of specialized Youth Programs that are accessible to everyone regardless of social or economic status.

The Four Pillars

Our Four Pillars provide what we believe are essential components to helping today’s youth be the best possible PERSON they can be.

Equal Access

We believe in EQUAL ACCESS. Regardless of what of a person’s economic or social STATUS is.

The American Dream in Crisis

We Americans have always believed that those who have talent and try hard will succeed, but this central tenet of the American Dream seems no longer true or at the least, much less true than it was.
 – Robert Putnam, Our Kids – The American Dream in Crisis

What We Know

What we know: Early sports and arts participation matters because the advantages that come with it can serve as an inoculation against some of life’s unhappier outcomes.

Our Purpose

We stand for breaking the exiting models that create uneven distribution of resources and ultimately outcomes for future youth leaders through sports and the arts.

Generating New Ideas. Solving Big Problems

The Problem: Highly monetized youth sports and the arts systems  are inaccessible to all communities.

Implications: It is undermining a quieter virtue of team sports and the arts; They can be places of organic integration, where economic and racial differences are supplanted by ordinary friendships and the collective desire to win.

Sports and the Arts provide both a forum for ongoing parent-child interaction and as infrastructure to actively participate in a child’s development.

Why we are different

We stand for breaking the existing models that create uneven distribution of resources and ultimately outcomes for future youth leaders through sports and the arts.
